        Dongguan Grand Resource Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of juzhengyuan Co., Ltd. (listed on the new third board, referred to as "juzhengyuan", stock code "831200") under Guangdong Guangwu Holding Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangwu holding group").

        The company's 1.2 million tons / year propane dehydrogenation to high-performance polyolefin project is a key project in Guangdong Province, a major project in Dongguan City, and a demonstration project of state-owned enterprise reform of Guangdong SASAC. The first phase of the project covers an area of nearly 700 mu, with a total investment of more than 5 billion yuan. The main construction includes 1 set of 600000 T / a propane dehydrogenation unit, 2 sets of 300000 t / a polypropylene unit, 1 set of 3000 t / a hydrogen purification unit, propane low temperature storage system, propylene spherical tank, propane spherical tank, and auxiliary facilities supporting production. The first phase of the project has been put into operation on October 26, 2019, and its main products are polypropylene, propylene, hydrogen and liquefied gas. The juzhengyuan e-commerce platform built by the company has sold more than 50000 tons of polypropylene products.

        The preliminary work has been started for the second phase of the 1.2 million T / a propane dehydrogenation to high performance polyolefin project. The second phase of the project mainly includes one 600000 T / a propane dehydrogenation unit and two 300000 t / a polypropylene units. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2022.

        After the completion of phase II project, the company will have a production capacity of 1.2 million tons / year polypropylene and 50000 tons of hydrogen, with an annual sales volume exceeding 10 billion yuan, becoming a leading enterprise and an important hydrogen energy supplier in the polymer material industry in Guangdong Province.
